the building has a very good security system using pin codes. they provide towels and welcome snacks plus free delicious coffee in the shared kitchen. the location is good all facilities are next door. i enjoyed complimentary espresso both before and after i checked out i could chill in the common area downstairs.

the room was quite small it had no wardrobes the bathroom was only 2m² it felt uncomfortable.

the staff answered promptly and supported all my doubts they were amazing both before and i found i could easily leave my luggage early.

the room included a fan and curtains at the bed allowed for privacy i felt safe at all times with codes on doors and lockers so i could not lose the key.

the location is really good it is close to the main points and the bus terminal i found it a nice walkable distance from the bus station where i arrived from the airport.

the common kitchen was very useful to me it included a fridge a stove a percolator coffee machine a kettle and a toaster free coffee tea sugar and spices were available.

I appreciated leaving shoes outside. The lockers were massive! Curtains separating the beds provided nice privacy. The building had beautiful decorations. A fine touch. I really loved the welcome goodies. It was a plus. Everything was organised very well. They thought of everything.

The room did lack wardrobes. The bathroom's size was small.

I found excellent communication with staff before the trip. They provided a useful itinerary of restaurants, activities, and transport. The staff were available when i had questions and responded via text. They were attentive .

The room was quite small. It had no wardrobes and a very small bathroom. The bathroom included a toilet and a shower in just 2m².

Fantastic Dorm Experience!

I enjoyed my stay so much. The dormitories provided plenty of space with ample storage. I especially appreciated the heated drying wrack. Beds had curtains that gave more privacy. Norbert was a wonderful host too. He offered tea each morning and shared lots of information about this island.

Check in involved so many messages across several platforms. The process included various check in links. I thought that cleaning could use some improvement in general. I saw posters with too many rules posted everywhere.

The hostel provides a kitchen that is well equipped, allowing guests to cook meals. Luggage storage is also available after checkout, so I didn't worry about my bags. They have excelent wifi too.

This location is five stars because everything is super accessible from here. I found the hostel in the heart of the historic area. I had nice walkable distance from bus station that brought me from the airport.

Coffee are available for guest that wants caffeine. The kitchen offers all we needed for preparing food. Tea making facilities in the room were much appreciated, especially first thing in the morning.

My room included four bunkbeds, and a bathroom were close. Each individual bed area has shelf, power plugs, fan and an area lamp. When I closed the curtains, it was like I had more privacy.
